Returns & Refunds Policy — Adorance

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer full returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
3.  To initiate a return, contact us at chaseadorance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
